HDC provides a comfortable place in which adolescents and adults can receive the specialized support they need for personal growth. Our unique, multi-disciplinary center includes clinical, educational, and vocational programming. Services that are traditionally provided separately are conveniently offered here with a team approach, when appropriate, and in one location.  At HDC, we focus on the psychological, social, and physical health factors that contribute to overall well-being, as we believe that a holistic treatment model is paramount for meaningful development.

Our Clientele

The majority of individuals we serve have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and require mild to moderate support. We support young adults in their own apartments with aspects of independent living such as cleaning, cooking, shopping, hygiene maintenance and executive functioning. Our team additionally works with individuals with a variety of learning disabilities and other developmental disabilities.
