Transition/Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Support- Assistance with planning for eligibility and academic accommodations for IEP meetings can be provided.

Post Secondary Support - Assistance with the development of skills essential for a successful transition to secondary education. Challenges may arise that may not necessarily be addressed at a traditional student services center. Areas of need may include time management, money management, self-advocacy, assistance navigating a new setting/campus, organization, soft skills, forming healthy relationships, independent living skills, and health and wellness. Consultation with professors and other support staff is also an option.

Behavioral Consultation - Behavioral consultation is conducted with the goal of developing interventions to target specific problems or unmet needs.
