Direct Support Professionals
At HDC, our clients are goal driven, curious, and social.
You are the coach, mentor, and advocate.
You will support them with their day to day independent living skills, employment coaching and retention, and health and fitness routines.
You will also work as an important part of a team that provides increased group social opportunities, building relationships that they will value.
For students, we offer part time work and internship programs that accommodate your schedule and further develop the soft skills that will prepare you for your career path.
Our work is person centered, so you will learn how to listen, communicate, and build support for each individual you serve. Pay is $20/hr

As a DSP, you will be active in the South County, RI community, working with businesses, clients, and other dedicated professionals and team members who are focused on making an impact.
Our clients are eager to learn from your experiences, and we offer flexible hours and scheduling based on your time availability.
Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week or come work with us full time.
